Book a collection

** If your collection is urgent and no suitable pickup day is available for your area, kindly let us know in the 'Additional Info' section, and we’ll do our best to arrange the earliest possible collection. **

We will do our best to collect on your preferred collection date. If we cannot, we will be in touch to arrange a new pickup date.
Don't worry if it is inconvenient to be there in person. Simply leave the bags outside on the confirmed collection date, we will collect them and leave a thank you note in your letterbox.

Important Update: Collections Have Resumed – North West England

We’re pleased to let you know that Clothes Aid has now resumed collections in the North West region, including:

  • Blackburn
  • Preston
  • Manchester
  • Liverpool

If your previous booking was affected during the pause, a member of our team will be in touch shortly to confirm your collection date or arrange an alternative where needed.

You can also place a new booking as normal.

How the Free Clothes Collection Works:

  • Fill In Your Details: Enter your name, email, and phone number in the booking form.
  • Set Your Pickup: Choose a convenient date and time for your free clothes collection. Please note, that if your chosen date is fully booked, we’ll be in touch to reschedule your collection for another suitable day or the following week.
  • Choose a Charity: Select the charities you want to support with your donation.
  • Ready for Pickup: Place your bags outside on the scheduled collection day.
