Job Location: London, c£45k basic + OTE or Blackburn, c£40k basic + OTE
We are looking for an industry professional to lead and manage this new and exciting business.
The key goal will be to set up and run an effective, efficient and economical door to door distribution business from scratch.
With the combination of our ‘Unique Selling Point’ – which we look forward to discussing with you… and your knowledge and expertise – we can make a winning team!
You will have experience of leaflet distribution. And a track record of:
- Consistently /successfully developed, implemented and achieved business goals, plans, systems and targets
- Employed reliable, motivated distribution staff/workforce – using a range of creative ideas developed a strong team culture and a customer focused spirit
- Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills with a strong business/commercial awareness and approach
- The know how to plan rotas/ logistics to ensure customer goals, targets and contracts are met
- Successfully increased distribution capacity to meet increasing demand… with an eye on ways of improving
- A positive, motivated, professional approach, with a team spirit and hands on approach…
- Tenacity and a passion for success!
