Our charity partner, Macmillan Cancer Support, need your support. Because five years from now half of us will face cancer in our lives. We need to know that Macmillan will be there to support us and our loved ones. The UK is already failing to support everyone with cancer and it’s only going to get worse as the number of people with cancer soars, which it is predicted to. Urgent political action is needed to change this.

Macmillan is aiming to put cancer high on the political agenda as they rightly believe that everyone with cancer deserves the best possible care and support. This election is the best chance to make it happen.

This is where you can make a difference. Macmillan are asking you to pledge you support to ensure that political parties make cancer care an election priority. We want whoever forms the next Government to commit to urgent action so that our cancer outcomes match the best in Europe, our NHS staff are supported to treat every patient with dignity and respect and free social care is available for those at the end of life.
