Clothes Aid's Helpline based in London, supports members of the public and receives thousands of calls every year.

Our Helpline operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, or alternatively you can send an email to info@clothesaid.co.uk.
Whether your bag was missed, you've spotted a "bogus" collector or you would like to know more about Clothes Aid - the Helpline team are happy to help.
By speaking to a member of the team or filling out this form, the team can arrange re-collections, refer you to our Collection Protection team or let you know when your next collection date is.
We don't have any control over the rates different phone networks charge for 0845 numbers so Clothes Aid are changing to using our 0207 number only. We do not make any revenue from the 0845 number which is on some older bags.
